How to use a Zoom virtual background
Want to show off Stackit Digital's branding in your Zoom meetings? Have a bunch of creepy clown paintings on the wall behind you? Here's how you can upload a virtual background on Zoom.
Changing your Virtual Background image
Instructions
- Open the Zoom application.
- Click your profile picture, then click Settings.
- Select Backgrounds & Filters.
- Click on an image or video to select the desired virtual background.
- OR add your own image by clicking the plus button on the right side and choosing if you want to upload an image or a video.
- Navigate through your files to find the image or video you want to use, then double-click it.
Add a virtual background during a Zoom call
- Click the arrow on the top right corner of the Stop Video button.
- Click Choose Virtual Background...
- Click on an image or video to select the desired virtual background.
- OR add your own image by clicking the plus button on the right side and choosing if you want to upload an image or a video.
- Navigate through your files to find the image or video you want to use, then double-click it.
